A price and a P&L number tell you what happened. A chart screenshot tells you why. NextTick lets you attach multiple chart images to any trade in your log so you can review the exact setup, entry, and exit visually — not just numerically. Screenshots are stored per trade and displayed in the order you choose, with one image designated as the primary thumbnail shown in the trade table.Documentation Index

Adding screenshots to a trade
Open the trade in the Trade Log
Click any row in the Trade Log table to open the trade detail panel. The screenshot area appears below the trade fields.
Drag a chart image from TradingView
In TradingView (or your charting platform), take a snapshot of the chart using the platform’s built-in screenshot tool. Drag the downloaded image file directly from your desktop or downloads folder into the screenshot drop zone in NextTick. The upload starts immediately.
Or browse and upload a file
If you prefer not to drag and drop, click the Upload screenshot button inside the screenshot area to open a file picker. Select one or more image files from your filesystem. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and WebP.
Set the primary screenshot
After uploading, hover over any screenshot thumbnail and click the Set as primary option. The primary screenshot is used as the trade’s thumbnail image wherever trade cards are displayed, including your public profile if the trade is shared.
Notes on screenshots
- Deleting a trade also deletes all screenshots attached to it. This action cannot be undone.
- Screenshots are trade-specific — they cannot be shared between two different trade records.
- Supported file formats are PNG, JPG, and WebP.
